Foam Bash's  Payment FAQs

At Foam Bash, we pride ourselves on offering the best value for your money, ensuring top-quality experiences at competitive prices. For specific details, our basic package pricing is conveniently listed on the homepage of our website. We're confident you'll find our offerings both exceptional and affordable for your event needs.

To book your party, you'll need to put down a deposit. It's a part of the total cost, just to secure your date. Not too big, just enough to get things rolling. The deposit for a typical event is only $100. This upfront payment helps us secure your event date and ensures that we can provide the best possible service for your special occasion. And your deposit will go towards your total cost of your event. 

Refunds: We don’t offer refunds on cancellations. Instead, we want to give you another chance to experience the fun.

Deposit Credit: Your deposit isn’t lost. It will be applied towards the cost of hosting another event with us within the same season, depending on our availability.

Cancellations 15 or More Days Before the Event:

Whether it’s 15 days or more before your scheduled event, the same applies: no refunds, but your deposit will be waiting for you to use for a future event within the same season.

Cancellations 14 Days or Fewer Before the Event:

If you find yourself needing to cancel 14 days or fewer before your event, please be aware that your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place due to the close proximity to the event date and the resources already allocated in preparation for your bash.

For your convenience, we'll send you an invoice for the deposit and the main payment of your Foam Bash event. Additionally, we accept both card and cash payments for any extra services or add-ons you might choose to include on the day of the event. This flexibility ensures that all your payment needs are catered to seamlessly.
